They have the potential to be great but they will be or not that's totally depends on them. They have great 24*7 support but during off hours the clients may face long wait times. They have knowledge base but it is formed of irrelevant materials and non-helpful stuff. They have a 3 day money back gurantee but it is shorter compared to their competitors. They give away way too much discount at first so their renewals seems very high. Last but not the least they are able to serve globally while having servers only in Europe and specially in Turkey. So, do the math folks. I will give a solid 7/10 by seeing their performance and advanced hardwares.

Here from my pov.
1. Znetlive - without any question.
2. Godaddy - For obvious reasons that includes cost, performance & support.
3. Ultahost - For those who want to avail top level services. Now know this these services might not be very pocket friendly.
4. Verpex - Extremely well balanced services.
Some might suggest others. Here from my pov I have made baseline on simply uptime and nothing else.

It is one of the best if not the best hosting services out of Europe in terms of performance. I can certainly vouch for that. But they seriously lack in support. No live chat which is a downer for many people if you ask me.
Their SSD storage and other hardwares are super reliable-fast. They make seem boot or restart like nothing.
Although they are a bit pricey but they will cost you a Euro or two extra than their comptetitors it's no biggie. Plus their services and performance makes up for it. Also they have multiple payment methods so it's easy for anyone to avail their services.
Since they lack seriously on support I will have to rate them as a solid 7/10.

I have read a lot of bad reviews since the last couple of years about them. And a lot of them are really serious things. I am not saying that those things cannot happen now. But people need to see them with a fresh pair of eyes now. I have been using them since last year April to be exact. Only thing that has bothered me is that their prices aren't fixed they gets changed quickly. And also they are not much of any scalable for a host they lack Dedis and Cloud platforms which is must for host these days. Support is also decent and I must say their technical team has a grip and also knows the way to please their customers. Although they only rely on ticket system for support.
I will give them a 6/10 here.
