They really stands out when it comes to uptime compared to other well known Cloud VPS brands. I upgraded the kernel and was surprised how quickly it went. The server performance was also great and that too was way better than average cloud providers that can be compared to them plan wise.

Their plans are cheap. I find them too cheap. You can charge a little bit more if your service is good. People won't mind paying an extra buck.

Customer service is also good but it can be better. The extra buck can be used here by my suggestion. It can really up their game among the big boys.

Although if you are willing to use their high end plans e.g. as the VPS or Dedicated servers. You will have to know what you are doing. Their high end services are not at all for beginners.

One of the best hosting service for beginners. Their interface is super user friendly to say the least. They also have a great support system which is an additionally positive point. For beginners it is suitable because the pricing is very affordable. And also you can scale up pretty easily if your want to. They also have specialized hosting such as PBN's which I have tried.

The only thing that I have faced with them while using their VPS is that they may be great for beginners but for advanced users who are are using a VPS or bigger setup such as a Dedicated server their customization's have limited options compared to other hosting providers. It goes without saying that one can find their higher end products a bit dull.

In our company many also faced payment issues luckily I wasn't one of them. Anyway, very good provider to start with if your are a beginner.

As, I said they are a cheaper option. So, don't complain if your game server automatically gets restarted or after making payment if you have to wait for a bit to get a confirmation of purchase and then actually get delivered the product for your use.

Their data centers are limited so go figure it will not be the same uptime all over the world.

Overall it is a good experience. They provide basic DDoS proctection so there's that.And also have multiple payment options including bitcoin. Customer service is also good if you compare it with their prices range.

We had one technical problem with them. The shared hosting we used was slow loading they said they will get it resolved but it took them 2 days to get it done. Apart from it never faced any issue.

I have used them for 6 months. Don't recommend it to others. It's not that their services are bad but they are kind of lazy when in comes to support and other what not's. They have no dedicated live chat system or phone support. You will have to wait for their executives to email you back. I had faced some problems while using them. The problem was technical. My site wasn't loading the way it should be. So, I contacted them via email. They took almost 10 days to resolve it. I can bet if in their place some other hosting provider was present then it would had gotten sorted right away or within minutes.

Actually they are a very decent host I must say. But their support is just slow and many including me didn't liked it a bit.

If they improve then sure they can compete with the good or very good hosting services.

Not gonna lie but have faced a little downtime at first. But they got the problem resolved in no time once I notified them. The main thing that I like about them is their pricing and flexibility of their services. It's totally bang for your buck. Excellent support which have the patience to listen what the customer is actually facing as a problem and then try to fix it. Many hosting providers these days follow a general template to help but they do not. You get definitely a plenty of customizable options for your setup when it comes to OS for your server and also creating the right environment for it, as you will full root access. They also provide managed services but I am not so sure about them. Fully managed services comes with great price which they do not charge. Their setup time can also vary and are not instantaneous if your are not going with their shared hosting plans. They also data centers but since my business and other associates are just from West Europe it doesn't matter to us. It serves us well.

Overall, I will definitely give them a 7.5 out of 10. Very smooth experience. Some might argue with the rating but I have seen that newbies can struggle a lot with them.

Good pricing, very good support, very very good uptime & setup period. This is one the few hosts in the market who knows what a customer might face as a problem during migration. And they take steps to get to make it smooth and even if they problem arises they resolve it swiftly with precision.

No problem at all configuring their servers whatsoever. We were worried at first since we heard about their cancellation stories in other forums and discussion. But it turns out if you contact them directly and tell your problem they are very eager to help out. Yes, sometimes a few additional charges are made but they are running your dedicated servers, and you cannot have reliable service if it's cheap. For us they are worth every penny.

This hosting comes from a very small country(Georgia) in Europe. You can think that how their services are gonna be?? I assure you it also came to my mind as well. Until I tried them. And no this is not a paid promotion or something like that. Worldbus Cloud don't even know that I am writing this.

The scalability of their services if of the charts. And also in Eastern Europe they have got multiple data centers which can be plus for many seeking good host. Because I know for sure that good host with good amount datacenters in Eastern Europe is hard to find these days.

The only negative thing that can be said about them is that they are very new player in the game. They are so new that sites can scamadviser mulls about them. So, reviews let alone good reviews will be hard to come by.

I am using their Managed services so they do daily backups on their own. Helped me migrate my site, provides free DDOS protection and much more.
So, far 4 months have passed I have been using their service. Never had problem with the uptime or support. Once I had faced a problem with my site which was not their headache to resolve in the first place. Since, I was chatting with their support at that time when they hear it they were more than happy to help with it.

Very easy to setup and also very cheap. You can optimize your setup as you please. This provider is one the best I would say if you are running a very basic configuration. Complex ones might need some assistance. Although their support is present 24/7 so no need to worry.
In my case which I faced is that I needed some extra addons which I had to pay to them additionally else than that no issue. Their starter packs are very value for money and provides a wide range of optimization, so this could easily be the case.And also I have noticed that their plans has need only options which can be frustrating but it's fine by me.
Using their service since last year haven't faced any issue that would make me think to change.

Superb service. At first I was a little mulling about their products but once I bought their KVM, it didn't take much of any time for me to realize that they are one of the best. Super value for money and also support is great.

Having a knowledge base is one thing but being able to use it properly and use it wisely to help customers is another thing. Hosteroid does use their knowledge base wisely.

The only thing they are lacking is their number of datacenters. I travel a lot in Europe. And I have seen their services to slow down at different places. But their uptime and if you let them know about your problem then they are quick to act.

And also more flexible offers can attract more customers. Just me saying though. Their KVM's offers are great but a few more options wouldn't hurt.
