We sell girl's items such as hand bags. We specifically target teen girls and presently we are getting about 800-900 visitors per month. Among them all total 20-25 of them buy. How to increase sales?

Most traffic is organic that's really good. Now you can grow the exposure of your present keywords and/or you can target new keywords. Try to build some quality links from sites where teenage girl's items are relevant.

Your traffic is very good I must say that. Target different keyword in your niche through blog posts. As you have a followers base I guess it will increase organically. Increasing your sales and revenue. You may also try promoting your products and posts in the twitter.
