I mean when do you guys target any specific keywords. You target all possible angles of it. Say for example the kw 'Vegas Casino', you are targeting then for that 'Vegas Casino and Hotels', 'Vegas Bars and Casinos' etc.

Ad blockers are blocking all of my ads on mobile sites. In desktop there are some users who allows ads in order to support the site admin. But not in the case of mobile they are all selfish. How do you guys deal with this?
