| Impressions on Ads but no clicks |

Last week I started a campaign for a product of a friend. Now the product is getting good amount of impressions but the click through rate is very poor and close to none. Here is the catch the friend of mine isn't targeting solely to get sales, he intends to make a list by capturing emails which will happen once they click in. The page is designed that way to ask, collect and then lead them to the main product page.
What do you guys suggest that I do to get more clicks? And I can assure you guys that it isn't any smart shopping or any kind of click bait type of campaigns.

Usually when I post something on reddit specially start a discussion or publish any article. It takes more or less 30 minutes max to get indexed and ranked for that particular keyword or particular set of keywords.
But since the month of March started these indexing and ranking taking too much time. I mean a published article of mine almost took a a day to get ranked. Anybody else noticing this?

Some of my fellow marketers have recommended the Scrapebox Premium. But I don't find the tool very comforting because the tool as so from what I have seen after cleaning its email's show almost over 8-10% bounce rate. Many Email cleaners are able to reduce the BR low as much as 3% or maybe more less.

Any email cleaners with reasonable pricing. Do you guys wanna suggest?

How long exactly does it usually take before a website starts getting any organic traffic? One of our site is just two weeks old. And we have done almost everything in terms of on-page optimization. We even submitted the sitemaps through webmasters toll and also fetch the urls manually. So, I am getting curious here. At present we are only getting some referral traffic and few hits from social media channels.
