This company is designed to serve high tier countries and specifically Canada. They are provide good services with good performance but they are over priced. And for second tier countries such as India or Eastern Europe or Latin America, they look pretty pricey and overrated.
I have used their domain services and hosting both. In hosting haven't faced any issue but the domain services caused a few headaches. I moved the domain to them usually it takes DNS to change for 48-72 hours but it took them a week to do so. They offer managed services so things are pretty straight forward. I don't have much of any custom scripts or setups so it was very easy going for me. Their support is also pretty good but some might argue options being limited so there is that. Oh !! they are also a green energy or green powered something like that. Not that I care but some do so check our their site for more details.
US citizens like me will not have any trouble with them when it comes to support or performance since the data centers are nearby and also the support time frame are almost similar. But that cannot be said for the rest of the world. I have heard that their support is not so great in off hours. And also some also have faced downtimes for distant data center locations.
As a US customer I would definitely rate them 7.5/10.

I was basically browsing the web for a cheap VPS. As, who knows when a good deal I can get. So, I find this hosting service. Apparently there aren't many reviews about them. And also people don't know much about them.
First thing that caught my eye is that they are cheap and also probably the best in terms of performance. And I am comparing this with DO or Vultr. They are all big companies but this is a small one. And can go toe-to-toe with them easily.
The only downside is that their Data centers are based only in US. So, European customers like me has to rely on a distant location. But still their uptime and support are great which really makes up for it.

I know there is already a All-in-one thread of their services. But I starting a thread because I am new to this hosting world. And I may not know very basic things about hosting a site.
I am looking at their shared hosting and reseller hosting to start with. So, asking for your personal experiences.

Best budget buy for Indian users. Specially for those who are looking for good VPS/ Dedicated server. Performance, uptime, support everything is great with them. I know Indians are budget conscious crowd so that's why I said it is the best budget buy. You will have the most out of your money.
Some areas which I saw had me worried about them. So, I am writing this. These are not cons necessarily but small things which might get appreciated by many if they care to focus. First of all the storage of their starter pack i.e, shared hosting it gives 500MB against INR 65, now if the client wants more storage which is provided in their next plan is at INR 163 (even though that plan also lacks in number of databases). You are selling something else and using the starter pack as bait but it is of no use if no one cares to buy it. Rather it would have a negative impact on the users. Along with it another thing that I would like to say is that they give so much discount the first time that their renewal charges look mountainous.
Others might also say about their uptime and speed. But frankly I didn't find anything. It's probably an ISP issue rather than hosting issue. That's said they are a great host and could be one of the biggest since India is one of the biggest market for coming years, if they only care to look some things & improve as I mentioned earlier.

One of the best Dedicated Server provider, we have absolutely no complaints about them. We are using their managed services and it is worth every dollar. They only have pros and no cons. Some might argue about it but seriously, they are that good. Instead of cons you might say that they have a few drawbacks which if they work on it than they can be definitely even more better.
The best feature about them is that every plan of theirs comes in with default SSD storage's. Absolutely no downtime even with their basic plans aka shared hosting. I got our server delivered within a hour or two and then they were ready to go. Support was right there at every step, I told them earlier that we have a lot of custom scripts so their correspondent was present until I installed every last one of them. It's been running since 10 months now still no problem at all.
They do provide free SSL which is very obvious these days but they do charge you for domain, which frankly I don't mind but some might argue about it. As, I said earlier they have no cons only just few drawbacks. However, their hardware is fabulous and top notch so they can really make up for that. Along with their multiple data centers in the US and also in Europe, gives an unimaginable boost to your setup.
They do really are a premium category hosting service. Their starter plans are very limited and also high priced as compared to their other hosting companies. They also provide professional backup system with Acronis which you have to pay them extra for. Now, some might also argue with this that backups should be free yes ofcourse not with services like Acronis but in general. For those I would say that if you really want peace of your mind while doing and expanding your business then you shouldn't mind paying them the extra fee.
Anyway, they are a solid 9/10 service.

As a host based in Costa Rica. It is ideal for people in Latin America. I will give my two thumbs up to them. Because I am from Brazil and their services are pretty much seamless.
Their pricing is a bit costly compared to their competitors but hey who cares when you can have a tension free host. Support and performance are very good to say the least. Friendly chat correspondents are available 24/7 for your ease.
They do lack advanced features though such as managed services. I know it's a lot to ask since they are a small provider but if you want to grow then you got to start somewhere, you cannot be held down by the fact that some people may talk negative while you go through the transition.
Their special features are also very eyecatchy such as DDOS protection, for back they provide Acronis (which is really appreciated my me btw), VPN gateway etc.
For them scalability can be an issue for some users who's traffic pattern change overnight. You will need constant monitoring if that's your case. Otherwise, no real issues that comes in mind.
Bear this in mind that their data centers are limited to cover a specific area only. So, my review cannot be applied for people living outside of Latin America.
Last but not the least their plans are flexible and provide a wide range of products for users to choose from. As, I said they don't have much of any auto scalability so if you know what specs will keep your setup up and running then you are in good hands.
I will definitely give them a solid 7.5/10

Found a good DS based in India, its RackBank. Can anybody provide us with a honest review? We are only looking for DS only. No other services are needed. I could have tested them myself. But this month money is tight.

For medium and large businesses there are a lot of options when it comes to hosting if you are looking for a managed Dedicated Server. But very few of them are reliable. In my search for good and reliable managed DS I found this hosting R9host. Apparently, they don't have much of any review present. So, I am starting this thread.

Online world is full of deceptions. I read their good reviews a thousand times. But in the forums and other discussion boards story are al together a different thing. So, finally decided to give it a go. It is my honest 6 month review.
They lack nothing against any good host. Except their support. I haven't seen a single host which can perform so well in all of the major areas such as product value, product performance, uptime, swift launch of any services as the client's liking etc But to fail miserably when it comes to support. Their support is inconsistent, no actually they are consistent about it that they will give you bad support.
Everything about them is good but when the support gets involved everything becomes horrible. For example I was extending my product and paid the bill. But needed a verification mail. So, I contacted their support and they said they will mail it to me. Seven days later I still had to remind them twice than I got the mail.
