They lack data centers hence their uptime also gets compromised. They have two dc's in the Western Hemisphere and one in Asia which are surely not enough.

If they have more plans then their services will sell more I am confident.

Liked their Pay per use model but they seriously lack high end plans such as VPS or Dedis.

Loved their services. Performance wise they are great. They give away multiple control panel options along with it comes multiple payment options and 24 hours chat support. Which they always answer.
