I have one of our DS with them.
Great host, great performance and no down time. Along with these comes fabulous support. We are using their managed Dedicated Server so I can tell they are great value for money as well.

Yes, they are great but their value for money statement isn't totally true. Their true value comes to effect when you try to renew your packages. I mean it is fine by people who run big sites with big budget but they are not so great when it comes to small sites which are operated by people with low budget.

Cannot praise more about their performance. I have seen this much good performance only with LiquidWeb. And they are a industry leader. So, go figure.

They lack data centers around the world though. If they had sufficient data centers like Godaddy or Hostinger they would have performed in the market by far very well than what they are performing now. Anyway, "Reliable" is the word for me about addressing them. And only few hosts are out there which can fall under this category.
