They are the best unless you move your files or the entire server here and there often. I don't think it's their problem. Because game servers are different and if you change the setting then they can act strangely sometimes. Yet, people still blame them. The thing I have seen is that people or kids who know nothing about servers ended up hurting themselves and they blame the company. If you want to move the server or do some change then first open a ticket, you have to do it through proper process and also through proper channels. And also another thing I have to add here if you are expecting a traffic spike of some kind then it's wise to let them know early.
Anyway, really fast servers. No complaints. Support is also cool. And their datacenters serves us right. So, we have bought many from theirs.
But their payment systems can be more smooth. It takes time.
A solid 8/10 from me.
