They are good in India but can't say anything about outside India. Specially if not Asia. Many complaints about slow customer service is being made online. I would say to those that if you are in Asia slow response will not be an issue for you.

Their refund policy is also not something to be taken lightly. Read all the terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase. They have a tendency of overselling things. Since they do very aggressive marketing.

Performance wise great, support great and pricing are also very good. Absolutely no issues with them. And I run a big site with them. They helped me got setup first which was super easy with them. They managed all of our migration with zero issue.

It is great for us. Because their interface is very good for beginners unlike others.
