Recently I was asked about this host on this forum. So, here it goes.

This is a host which only works great for North American clients and Western European clients. If you are not form these locations then you shall face downtime, slow support.

Feel free to add anything.

Indeed, have tried them. But they are not great when it comes to Asia. GThost told us that a Paris server will work just for us for South Asia. Since, our traffic is not high. But they fail to live to their word. Faced downtime severely then have to leave them.
