Had to leave them since their features in starter or low tier plans are limited. But once you get to the medium or high tier plans problems with them go away. I mean literally their support and their performance of handling traffic becomes way better.

Exactly with money everything becomes easier and good with them. Take the instance of addon for example. I thought at first they will be giving them away for free. But later I have to pay extra for that. But they are a great service no one can question that. Including the support is super friendly and also helpful.

Anything that doesn't comes with the basic plan of theirs but are provided for free from other providers or atleast free until you renew your plans such as DDoS, SSL, backups, server resources etc.

Good, I am not complaining for the extra money. As, I mentioned once you pay the correct amount it's becomes super easy with them actually.
