Really bad experience with Cloudcone. I bought a DS of theirs a month ago now I am considering leaving them. The server was for a single client mostly. And now they are upset because Cloudcone keep downing the server for unscheduled maintenance and such. I even asked for a refund via chat today. But they stopped responding. I have paid them in full for 3 months. What can be done in this situation?
