Choosing a CPU of my choice for my Server

I know my query is  a bit peculiar. So, apologies in advance.

Can I ask for a specific CPU for my server? Since I am very much concerned about it's performance.

It is a rare thing. And 99% people don't bother it. But you have every right to know. So, don't apologize.

The thing is this answer can only be addressed by your hosting provider. Many dedicated hosting companies allows and accepts letters of query.
