InMotion Reseller Hosting, are they fully Managed?

I have been wanting to try out their Reseller Hosting. BTW I am totally newbie in hosting. It looks like they are providing fully managed ones so I am interested even more.

Is it a good idea to start with them in my journey of Reseller hosting? What do you guys think?

Don't know for sure that if they do provide fully managed ones or not.

One thing I will tell you that you will need some technical expertise though. If you want to be in the reseller business
