While buying Domains what things to consider?

Recently I have found some domains which are really good (in terms of easy to remember) in our niche.

But I am having a hard time about things to consider before buying them. Many forums has many opinions as I ave got. So, here is also I am asking to know.

The mains things that should be considered are:

- The domains that are referring to the domain. Are they are clean or not? And how much authority do they actually hold in the niche.

- The number of domains that are referring. A backlink profile can have many links but you have to check whether or not they are coming from just one or two domain, or are they coming from a variety of domains.

- Check the quality of the domain. Is it being penalized and/or abused in the past.

- Check the actual backlink profile.

Apart for these. I also check how many pages were ranking. I know its a bit odd but I see whether they can be resurfaced or not.
