Kw's in the comment section effect rankings?

Maybe its a rookie question to you guys? But I am rookie so I am just going to ask.

Keywords in the comment section are moderated by Disqus and has no spam comments. So, they are pretty valued in their own way. My query here is that for the kw's present in the comment section would they effect the page rankings? Or, somehow effect on-page elements?

No, they don't effect. Its not relevant whether are you using Disqus or not, or whether your comments are moderated or not, or even they are providing do-follow links instead of no-follow links.

Yeah, ofcourse the outgoing do-follow links will have link juice almost equaling to nothing but that don't effect the host page's (which is your page in this case) rankings.
