Schema Markups or Data Highlighter

Which one is better according to you guys? Schema Markups or Data Highlighter!!

In my opinion it totally depends upon the type of your site. If your site is small or you don't have enough budget to cover up then its good to go with Google highlighter rather than schema. But the problem in that case is that if you are using Google Highlighter then it will not work in the case of Bing or other search engines.

You should go with Schema. Schema gets you more control over your snippets which is good thing but its not free. In the positive point you will get cover up all the search engines at once.

If you are working with a very structed page, meaning that the information, images, titles etc are in the same position, Data highlighter would do, you can save money and time by having a very clear Front End design
