From a couple of weeks I am unable to send any DM. I have tried to fix this problem by consulting through help center but it is of no use. What to do?

It may be for apps but it solved my problem.

I think you attempted to DM someone who does not follow you - In order to send a Direct Message, you must follow that User and they must also follow you.
And also I would like to suggest join the Twitter community there will a solution to this problem.
