Datawagon value for money or just cheap price??

They are worth every dollar. They are tremendously good hosting provider but had to leave them since their data center locations wasn't friendly for us. But I do have used them a couple of months so I replied.

They are indeed a good host. We have VPS with right now. And the only thing I am noticing is that they are not much scalable. Otherwise, no complaints.

Customer support is not so great for us. But I would say they are solid 9/10 if you keep that out of it.

How bad is it?

It is not bad just not good as their competitors I would say. Delayed response, takes time to fix some really inferior problems etc. I would say that they do need a good support teams dedicated for technical and marketing stuffs.

Datawagon a true value for money, or just a tempting cheap price
