Their cloud services comes in default with litespeed. I have used their services but it turns out to be costly for one of our small blog so I have to change the host for the blog. But otherwise no complaints about them. In future if opportunity comes then I would like to avail their services once again.

Performance wise satisfactory. Support is also good. Although they do have datacenters in Asia but they are very limited. So, sometimes I have faced downtime but not for long. They got everything resolved within minutes though.

USA server was good for me but had to let them go since they turned out to be expensive for us. Running a basic DS with basic needs should always stay under $100. It looks like they really need to work on their business plans.

Their managed services do lack some advanced features though.It might not be anything for many but somee users who are using custom scripts will have a hard time with them.
