Are Automated Emails a good Idea? If I have a very diverse Email Lists and unable to send all the Emails by myself.

Well it depends on the kind of list you are talking about. See, newsletters has to be self written because its purpose is to serve your goals. But the Emails such as when a subscriber first subscribes or an monthly greeting or someone's birthday etc can be made automated.
