Their servers can be really confusing sometimes. I am currently on the $100 cloud plan.

I checked with their support. But they are not replying.

I think you have to submit a ticket with them.

Why are you using it? Even for a managed service they are way overpriced.

I am new to them. So, I didn't understand the situation. But I do now. Have submitted a ticket. Apparently these type of things are done by experts whenever they are available.
