Is it really wise to hire someone for social media likes, shares & building followers base? I see in a plenty of forums where people wants to sale their services. They even promise to get my likes from my targeted audience.

Most of them are spam that's what I have learned. The ones which does provide actual 'likes' are very rare to fine. And not to mention those likes disappears after some time.
