Can anybody refer to any good productivity tool for twitter? I am looking for the most best tool according to usability.

There are plenty of good tools. But I will you Manageflitter and Crowdfire because I use them. Manageflitter has both paid and free services but crowdfire is free.

Try using Spruce its free. Along with 'commun.it' is also a good one. Its a relationship management tool.
