Does a neat SILO structure helps links?

Suppose, if I have a neat SILO structure of my site then will the incoming links be more efficient? I mean the links will be to the respective pages from relevant hosting pages.

As the links to the respective pages will be more relevant so yeah they will efficient for sure.
