They are pretty straight forward for an ESP. They are cheap so I bought them for a few medium cold lists so far they handling them fine.

The real thing is that they are very reasonably priced. So, they have many customers and clients. Performance is also great but it the first pitching pricing which does all the work for them. A great 8/10 service.

I had a similar issue with bounce spikes and spam folder placement, even with pretty clean lists. I started using an email deliverability platform that helped me track sender reputation and test content before sending. It showed me stuff like spam trigger words and blacklists I didn’t know I was hitting. Made a huge difference figuring out why open rates dipped so suddenly.
