If I am using my product name as keyword into my product page content then, how Google algorithm treat its keywords density? Does Google spam detection algo trigger it as keyword stuffing?

If you are using your product name as a keyword then its alright in my opinion. Just don't stuff it too much once in a head, once in the meta tag & two or three times in the content (if its a 100 character article ; this may vary by your character count).
