Scaling out negative kw's from Adwords

Unable to scale out negative keywords from Google Adwords campaign!! How to remove it? I am not seeing many options here.

You can just remove them through your campaign manager. All ad agencies provide options to rule kw's that you dislike.

Yes I know so I have contacted through Google's support forum.
