Nobody gets anything for free. Specially in podcast videos.

You have to offer something. Come to a mutual agreement then you can get something in back.

Nobody gets featured in any videos for free.You have to pay for it. Atleast I haven't seen anybody getting featured unless you are a huge celebrity.
