I have seen your other posts. So, if you are looking to customize then I will strongly suggest Constant Contact or GetResponse.
These ESP's can be very flexible and their customer support is also very good. So, if you need to change or bend something then all you have to do is ask.

Yes, we are looking for multiple content options and also delivery system must be top notch.

I had some problem when I was in Aweber. Then I contacted GetResponse support. They were happy to help.
My problem was creating separate forms for each mailing group.
