Dynamic page or static page for ranking keywords

If say, you have a kw that you can rank easily with it. Then where will you put it in the homepage which is dynamic or a separate static page?

I am little bit confused right now.

What kind of site are we talking about here? Dynamic homepage site with separate pages where you can publish content. Its not a a general blog, right?

Post it in the separate page. Atleast you have to give it a try, if it can rank on its own.

Ranking static pages are much easier compared to ranking dynamic pages.

No, its a cluster of multiple sites.
