Can anybody give me a fair review of outbrain. I just looked upon to their services and they looked good.

Outbrain is a paid content outreach program. I have used it once they gave me impressions worth of my money but my CTR were less than 1%.

I don't know your scenario but I tried them twice and both time they were above 5%.
