I am seeing a lot of threads and promotions from them in other forums.

I am curious, has anybody tried them? Are they any good?

Their shared plans and reseller hosting are indeed good. I don't think that their reseller have any specific cons. Some might argue about their refund policy. But that too I think is doesn't matter. You have to be strict at some point otherwise people can fool you.
