No, Now a days Google is not considering Page Rank, It has been stopped by the Google.

I beg to differ. PR is not dead. Its just not available for general public to see and check.

PR or page rank is no more important as Google has stopped updating their page rank algorithm. They rank websites depending on various criteria like:

Webpage content
Backlinks built
On page optimization
Cheapest VPS | $1 VPS Hosting
Cheap Dedicated Servers | Free Setup and IPMI | Unmetered Bandwidth

Google has stopped using PR as the SEO factor. So it's useless now.
