I’ve seen good results by combining local keywords with geo in both page titles and H1s. What helped the most, though, was adding content that actually talks about the area—like mentioning nearby landmarks or referencing local events. It makes the page feel legit and more useful for local users, which I think sends strong signals to Google. Don’t ignore reviews either; they add extra local flavor.
