I have actually faced an issue regarding their reseller hosting. I thought it could takes days since similar technical stuff on other hosts do take a lot of time. But it was resolved within a couple of hours and also they were very helpful & calm during the entire process. This has earned them my respect. I would definitely recommend others to try it out.
