Very good host, great performance and also friendly support. But if their knowledge base was a bit more extensive then the experience of the users might be even more better. Because many users try to do things their own way. Or, simply try to solve the problems by themself. It's nothing wrong there. Support is always there so people who lack knowledge or not willing to do the heavy lifting it's fine by them. Scalability of their packages are also worth mentioning, great value for money as well.
