Content is King in SEO. If your site A has high-quality content then it's obvious it will rank first in Google than your site B.  If you are planning to rank your website make sure that you write high-quality content and target long tail keywords having high volume, high CPC and low competition.

Google doesn't care about content at all. And these days it doesn't even care whether there produced result is even content or not.

Don't you see all the Pinterest posts in the search results?!!
