There is no such thing as a good bounce rate, it may be 0 or it can be 100. As long as it serves its purpose, everything is fine.
Consider a product sales page. People goes to that page, buys it or leaves it. Its bounce rate will always be more than 90% but that doesn't mean it isn't working.
