Getting engagement is not everything. Anyone an get paid engagement but that doesn't mean real conversion.
I know influencers having millions of followers but in reality they are worth nothing. Either they are pushing any kind of political agenda or something such sort.
What you need is organic engagement. Sure it will take time but it will be worth it, Trust me on this I have spend tons on promoting apps. But only the ones get downloaded or bought which are are organically well known.
