Keyword ranking high but not getting much traffic

[inkspirevisuals]

A keyword is ranking fairly well in the SERPs, usually around positions 7–10, and its search volume is in the thousands. However, the website is only receiving around 200–360 visitors per month. Why is there such a big difference between the search volume and the actual organic traffic?

Could you share the search volume for the specific keyword generating those 200–360 monthly visitors?

Also, ranking between positions 7 and 10 doesn't necessarily guarantee significant traffic, as the top-ranking results tend to capture a much larger share of clicks. Actual traffic also depends on search intent, SERP features, and how compelling the title and meta description are.
