Starting a forum is a team effort, don't you guys think?

If a team is present then good as always. It reduces the work load. But that doesn't mean that it can't be done alone. Sure, the admin have to do a mountain sized work for himself or herself but its not impossible.

I agree with 'Batman'. Having a team is really good but that doesn't mean that it can't be done alone. Once I started a blog and the visitors started asking questions in the comment section. So, I decided to start a forum. I published it in my blog the forum is coming soon and my audience were pretty excited about it. Then I launched it. Only after a few months I have to get a paid forum script because its has grown so big. Well, that is in my case because back then I already has a loyal audience base.

Forum is always team effort whether you hire or work with someone or not. People only likes to join there where other people reside.

Of course yes, because an individual cannot accommodate many members 24 hours a day and 7 days a week they need shifting as well as admins and moderators.
