Can anybody share some good actionable tips for anchor texts those are for internal links?

Its quite plain and simple actually.

Anchor texts, whether they are for internal links or external links (it doesn't matter), just make sure to make them as much as relevant to the referred page and tha's it.

The anchor text much describe the goto page exclusively.
