While people buy domains!! I keep seeing the term RD what does it exactly mean?

Its Referring or referred domains.
If it says that RD is 10 to a domain then it usually means that the number domains referred to the respective domain is 10.

Just choose any backlink tool and it shall show. If your selected tool shows only links then check how many links are coming from a single domain or not, and calculate it yourself.

I am using some free tools. That shows but only in a limited way. Do I have to buy premium ones for this?
