I am not a programmer with skills or such sort. I am simply willing to buy the source code for my mobile app so I don't have to code it from scratch. Which are the best places to buy source code anyway?

The most popular and trusted places are GitHub, CodeCanyon, ChupaMobile, SellMyApp.
I personally prefer CodeCanyon for myself.

I agree Codecanyon is best place to buy source codes. But Make sure that you run and compile them first because it may happen that they may not meet your requirements.
