Clicksure payment Issue

After getting some sales. I am trying to get a payout from Clicksure. But they just keep saying that thy are unable to process my payment. Why is it so?? I am have tried contacting their support system. But so far not so much luck.

As far as I know. Clicksure doesn't pays until you have reached $250 worth of commission. So, have you reached there yet?

I am not sure that its $250 or not. But I know this for sure that its pretty high and you will need quite some sales with some big commissions with it to get withdrawals.
