Entry-Level Dedicated Server Needed

Hello, I’m planning to upgrade from a VPS to a dedicated server for better performance and isolation. 
My requirements are fairly basic: a 4-core CPU, 16GB RAM, and SSD storage. Budget is around $70–$90/month. 
I’d prefer a European location, ideally Germany or France. Is GTHost.com dedicated hosting trustworthy? Reliability and consistent performance are my main concerns.

Their service and prices are good, plus my websites are also running well and fast. For me, they are very good hosting sites for low budget guy like me.
