A Mobile version is present, still should I add a plain HTML

Our site already has a mobile version but I was wondering should I add a plain HTML one too. Will it be helpful for our audience?

Okay, I am majorly confused right now. Isn't your mobile versions of the site is the plain HTML one?

I didn't understand it either. Maybe the OP's mobile version is using any complex code than just HTML.

Our mobile version basically contains HTML and javacsript, they load alright but just take some time.
