Are you seeing that your PPC ads are loading slowly, so we are not having much conversions but adwords is charging it up high. What to do?

Yes the best way is to contact Adwords and resolve the issue. But make sure that your webpage where you are displaying their ads is loading good.

Sometimes, I wonder that Google do these things just on purpose for their own benefit.
